My Little Sister

 
 
 

When you feel yourself getting aggravated at someone, just stop, think and breathe.  For example, there was one time that I was fighting with my younger sister. She got me so upset that I wanted to blow up. 

But all I did was stop, think about what I was doing, and breathed.  I felt better as soon as I was done breathing.  It really works!
